Homeside Hospice is Medicare certified and licensed by the New Jersey Department of Health. See all of our memberships and accreditations. Our service area extends from Mercer County to Bergen County in New Jersey. We serve patients in Mercer County, Monmouth County, Middlesex County, Union County, Essex County, Passaic County, Hudson County and Bergen County. We have contracts with a number of nursing homes in those areas. What do we do?Homeside Hospice provides:
Homeside Hospice provides specialized health care services that focus on pain relief, symptom control, comfort and support for terminally ill patients. Our goal is to provide individuals with the highest possible level of physical, emotional, spiritual and practical support necessary during this time. Who Is Eligible For Hospice Care?Individuals with a limited life expectancy, months rather than years, who desire to receive palliative (comfort) and supportive care and no longer wish to pursue treatments designed to cure a health condition, are eligible for hospice. Hospice care is available to persons with heart disease, kidney disease, Alzheimer’s, cancer, AIDS and any other life-limiting illness. Are Hospice Service Costs Covered By Insurance?
