Butterfly Wishes is a non-profit organization administered by Homeside Hospice. Resources are provided by Butterfly Wishes to grant wishes which could enhance the lives of our patients, their families and others in the community. Gifts to Butterfly Wishes are tax deductible and can be made as a memorial gift in the name of a family member or friend. If you know of someone who would benefit from a gift from Butterfly Wishes, please communicate your request to our office at 732-381-3444 or fax to 732-381-3445. You can also address your request to any Homeside Hospice staff member who will then relay this information to Butterfly Wishes. All requests will be reviewed promptly by our Board of Trustees and you will be notified of their decision in a timely manner. Please be assured that your gift to Butterfly Wishes will be used to help someone who could benefit from a wish fulfillment at this time in their life's journey. |
